GTU-GSET Techfest-Sports-Cultural Club Celebrated "Teachers Day" at GSET

As we all are aware, every year Shikshak Parv (Teacher's Day) is celebrated on

5th September to commemorate the birth anniversary of the former President of India Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, an accomplished scholar and academic. The idea behind the celebration of Shikshak Parv is to acknowledge the dignity of the teaching profession and contribution of teachers in nurturing young minds and nation building.

In this regard, GTU-GSET Techfest-Sports-Cultural Club has organized some activities on 5th September, 2022 to commemorate Teacher's Day:

1. Saraswati vandana by GSET fraternity

2. Felicitation of teachers by students

3. Sharing of thoughts by students on "Importance of teachers in Student's internal and external growths"

The event started at 11:00 am with the saraswati vandana. All GSET members took part in saraswati poojan with enthusiasm. After that, to express the feeling of respect, felicitation of teachers is done by students. All GSET students felicitated teachers with flowers. Nextly, students have shared thoughts on "Importance of teachers in Student's internal and external growths". A beautiful speech given by Krishani Bhavsar(ME-Cyber security-3rd Semester) written by Mili Agraval(ME-Cyber security-3rd Semester). Respected Director, GSET, S.D. Panchal gave best wishes to all the students and concluded the event.
